Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard the following cases on Jan. 9:

• Julian Arias Morgart, 22, of Plum was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and false imprisonment. Plum police filed the charges after a Dec. 25 incident on Kirk Drive.
• Leroy Knighton Jr., 50, of Plum waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Plum police filed the charges after a June 24 motorcycle accident on Greensburg Road.
• Joseph Peter Murphy, 29, of Verona waived a preliminary hearing on charges of accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Plum police filed the charges after an Oct. 6 incident on New Texas Road.
