District Court: Zucco Hears Burglary, Criminal Mischief & DUI Cases

District Justice Linda Zucco heard three court cases last week.

Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard the following cases on April 2:

  • Raymond Edward Dwyer III, 23, of Penn Hills waived a preliminary hearing on charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property. Oakmont police filed the charges after an Oct. 23, 2012, incident on Hulton Road. Dwyer is accused of burglarizing an unoccupied home.
  • Troyan Joseph Wilkins, 20, of Pitcairn waived a preliminary hearing on charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Plum police filed the charges after a Jan. 11 incident on Ozark Drive.
  • Michelle L. Kopsahilis, 44, of Monroeville waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Plum police filed the charge after a Dec. 19, 2012, incident on Route 909.
