District Court: Zucco Hears Child Endangerment, Trespass & DUI Cases

Here are the court reports for Jan. 2.

 

Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard the following cases on Jan. 2:

  • Joshua Allan Wyatt, 29, of Oakmont waived a preliminary hearing on charges of flight to avoid apprehension, criminal trespass, conspiracy, loitering and prowling at night, criminal attempt and theft from a vehicle. Oakmont police filed the charges after a Dec. 8 incident on Plum Street.
  • Jonathan James Linn, 25, of Etna waived a preliminary hearing on charges of criminal trespass, breaking into a structure, loitering and prowling at night, theft from a vehicle and two counts of possessing instruments of crime. Oakmont police filed the charges after a Dec. 8 incident on Plum Street. 
  • Alexis Monique Hall, 28, of Plum waived a preliminary hearing on charges of reckless driving, driving at an unsafe speed, failure to stop at a stop sign, two counts of endangering the welfare of children, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, three counts of resisting arrest and three counts of aggravated assault. Plum police filed the charges on Dec. 28.
  • James Eaton, 42, of Gibsonia was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and failure to stop at a red light. Oakmont police filed the charges after a Sept. 7 incident on Hulton Road and Allegheny Avenue.
