District Court: Zucco Hears DUI Cases

Here are the Sept. 19 district court rulings for Plum-Oakmont.

 

Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard the following cases on Sept. 19:

Raymond Dwyer, 51, of Plum, waived a preliminary hearing on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Plum police filed the charges after a July 21 incident on Hickory Way.

Michael Lynn Kellough, 55, of Murrysville waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of disregard traffic lane and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Plum police filed the charges after a June 1 incident on Monroeville-Trestle Road.
