Get Ready for a Delicious Event—A Taste of Two Towns

Are you ready to enjoy a unique evening in a splendid setting? If so, mark your calendar for Sunday, May 20, at 6 p.m. and head for the Oakmont Carnegie Library.

The Oakmont Carnegie Library will be serving up delicious meals rather than books for one night later this month.

You'll find it transformed into a bistro on Sunday, May 20, at 6 p.m. for its inaugural fundraiser: A Taste of Two Towns. It’s a tasting, grazing, sipping event, which features sample dishes from the top restaurants of Oakmont and Verona.

Delicious tastes of Two Towns will be generously provided by:

Barcelona at River’s Edge
Brr-Kee’s Ice Cream
Café Vita
Carnivores Restaurant and Bar
Hoffstot’s
Johnny G’s
Julie Steinhaus Catering
Mighty Oak Barrel
Oakmont Bakery
Oakmont Deli
Oakmont Tavern
314 Pasta and Prime
Pittsburgh Thai Restaurant (formerly Nicky’s Thai Kitchen)
Rivertowne Inn
What’s Cookin' at Casey’s

Beverages—wine, beer, soda and water—also are included in your donation of $50 per person. Not only will you experience a delightful evening, you'll also be helping the library to shine even brighter.

Spaces are limited. A registration form is attached to the photo section of this article. Registrations must be made by May 10.

No tickets will be mailed; your reservation will be held at the door.
