Lane Shift on Highland Park Bridge Ramp to Occur Wednesday

Here's a traffic update.

A short-term lane shift on the ramp from the Highland Park Bridge to southbound Route 28 in Allegheny County will occur on Wednesday, June 6, weather permitting.

Restrictions will occur as needed from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday. PennDOT advises motorists to use caution, slow down, and expect changing traffic patterns when traveling through the area. Crew will be conducting bridge inspection activities.

Visit 511pa.com or call 511 from any phone to check traffic conditions on major roadways before traveling.

No, this work is tomorrow. The traffic is the result of an accident on the bridge.
