More Snow: Winter Weather Advisory Issued for Plum-Oakmont

Tired of the snow? We're getting more.

 

A winter weather advisory has been issued in Plum, Oakmont and Verona.

The National Weather Service's advisory is in effect from 3 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

The storm is expected to drop 2 to 4 inches of snow by the end of the day Saturday.

Here's a look at the area's forecast:

  • Tonight—Light snow likely, mainly after 4 a.m. Cloudy, with a low around 24. East wind 5 to 7 miles per hour. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
  • Saturday—Light snow, mainly before 3 p.m. High near 33. Light and variable wind becoming west 5 to 9 miles per hour in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.
  • Saturday Night—A chance of snow showers. Cloudy, with a low around 25. West wind around 11 miles per hour, with gusts as high as 21 miles per hour. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent.
