Public Drunkenness

Daniel Stephen Hall, 23, of Penn Hills, was charged with public drunkenness and prohibited acts after a July 6 incident on Allegheny River Boulevard and Virginia Avenue.

Disorderly Conduct

Cayla Lee Coyne, 24, of Penn Hills was charged with disorderly conduct after a July 8 incident at Cheers on Allegheny Avenue.

Stephen Anderson, 51, of Arsenal was charged with disorderly conduct after a July 3 incident.

Theft

Theft from two Golden Living Center employees was reported on July 8. The facility is located on Ann Street.

A Second Street resident reported a lost/stolen gun on July 1.

A Virginia Avenue resident reported the theft of a bike on June 27.

Fraud

An Archie Street resident reported fraudulent charges from Canada on his debit card on July 4.

Hit-and-Run

A resident of the 400 block of Eighth Street reported a hit-and-run on July 9.
