According to WTAE, Turner gave the 14-year-old boy a cocktail of orange juice and vodka in April. The boy said he and Turner were drunk when they allegedly engaged in sex acts.
Turner is being held at Allegheny County Jail. Her bail is $50,000. As of Wednesday at 12:30 p.m., she had not posted bail.
She faces a preliminary hearing in Pittsburgh Municipal Court on July 18 at 9:45 a.m.
In February, Turner was the last person seen with William King, who was stabbed to death. Turner's brother, Vito Pelino, was charged with murdering King after his mutilated body was found in wooded areas in Plum and Oakmont.
