Obituary - Margie O’Toole Rosko

Margie O’Toole Rosko, of Harwick, died on Friday, July 27, 2012.

 

Margie O’Toole Rosko, of Harwick, died on Friday, July 27, 2012 in UPMC North Hills Passavant Hospita,l at the age of 54.

Margie was born in Pittsburgh on April 10, 1958, she is the daughter of Joseph C. and Mary (Walsh) O’Toole of Harmar Twp.; beloved wife for 27 years of William J. Rosko, Jr.; sister of Maureen O’Toole (David) Moses of Boone, North Carolina; aunt of Megan, Davy, and Mikey Moses; great-aunt of Ellie Staeheli; daughter-in-law of William and Jean Rosko, Sr. of Hampton; sister-in-law of Linda (Frank) Evans of Sharon, and David (Judy) Rosko of Hampton.  Margie is also survived by many cousins and friends, and her beloved English Setters, Darby and Lyndi. 

Margie was a proud member of the Oakmont Yacht Club, being the first female active and board member, and a lifelong boater’s association member.  Margie was an avid reader and loved people. 

Friends and relatives will be received at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont on Sunday, July 29, 2012 from 7-9 pm and on Monday, July 30, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.  A Blessing Service will be held on Tuesday morning, July 31, 2012 at 10 am in the funeral home with the Rev. Frank Kurmisky officiating.  Interment will be private for the family only. 

The Family suggest memorials to made to American Lung Association National Headquarters, 1301 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20004.
