The Plum Borough Community Library is inviting the public to celebrate 10 years at its current location on Saturday, Oct. 13.

The Plum Library Friends is hosting a "Location Celebration" open house event, which will be held from 1 to 4 p.m.

Everyone is invited to tour the library, sign up for a library card, have a cookie and register to win a door prize.
