Plum Police File DUI, Trespass Charges
Here are the police reports for Sept. 11 to 17.
The following incidents were reported to the Plum Police Department. All information was obtained from call logs and police reports.
William Edward Walsh, 41, of Gibsonia was charged with public drunkenness and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. According to police, a Rampart Boulevard resident found Walsh unconscious on her driveway on Sept. 9.
Mary Rose Zizan, 19, of Plum was charged with speeding and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after a Sept. 3 traffic stop on Center Road.
William Anthony Bertosh, 37, of Penn hills was charged with speeding, driving on the wrong side of the road and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after a Sept. 9 incident on Universal Road.
James Henry Pettit Jr., 26, of Plum was charged with criminal trespass; and Dino Cecere Jr., 24, of Washington, was charged with disorderly conduct after a Sept. 4 incident on Saltsburg Road.
Driving Without License
Stephen Curtis Wright, 57, of Penn Hills was charged with driving without a license, habitual offenders and lighting requirements after a Sept. 9 incident on Universal Road.
Lamar M. Thompkins, 26, of Highland Park was charged with prohibited acts, habitual offenders, driving without a license and turning without a turn signal after a Sept. 9 incident at Kellywood Manor.
Plum police charged Marc Nicholas Nixdorf, 22, of Monroeville with simple assault and harassment after a May 19 incident on College Avenue.
A Rockland Drive resident reported that a vehicle damaged a mailbox and post on Sept. 15.
A wallet was reported stolen on Saltsburg Road on Sept. 7.
