Plum Police Reports: Delivery Man Attacked, Counterfeit Bill & More

The following incidents were reported to the Plum Police Department. Information was obtained from police reports and call logs.
Delivery Driver Attacked
A delivery driver from Sears reportedly was attacked by another motorist on April 14. The delivery driver said he was making a delivery to a residence on Boulder Drive when he encountered another motorist and didn't have enough room to pass. According to the police report, the other driver, William Cardinale Jr., 31, of Plum, began yelling at the delivery driver and then assaulted him. Police said Cardinale would be charged with harassment and criminal mischief.
Matthew Thomas Spudich, 29, of Plum, was charged with loitering and prowling at night, prohibited acts, public drunkenness, two counts of terroristic threats and two counts of prohibited offensive weapon after an April 10 incident on Abers Creek Road. Police found a stiletto knife belt, brass knuckles and anxiety medication on Spudich.
A Plum resident reported receiving a counterfeit $10 while on his delivery route for Wise Potato Chips on April 12. The bill was received from one of two downtown Pittsburgh businesses.
A vehicle reportedly backed into a gate at Schultheis Roofing Inc. on Wright Road on April 12. The vehicle fled.
A hit-and-run was reported on Lynn Ann Drive on April 13. Damage was reported on the passenger rear door.
