Plum Police Reports: DUI, Harassment & More

Here are the Plum police reports for Aug. 14 to Aug. 20.

 

The following incidents were reported to the Plum Police Department. Information was obtained from call logs and police reports.

DUI

Leroy Knighton Jr., 50, of Plum, was charged with driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol after a June 24 motorcycle accident on Greensburg Road.

Don Raymond Lawther, 34, of Bairdford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and two counts of prohibited acts after an Aug. 18 traffic stop on Saltsburg/Center New Texas roads.

Prohibited Acts

Douglas Robert Bertha, 32, of Tarentum, was charged with public drunkenness and three counts of prohibited acts after an Aug. 16 incident at the Sheetz along Hulton Road.

Harassment

Patton Nelson Justin, 19, of Plum, was charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, criminal conspiracy and corruption of minors after an Aug, 5 incident on Unity Center Road.

Criminal Mischief

A Cliff Avenue resident reported damage to a vehicle on Aug. 17.

A Cavitt Road resident resident reported that someone shattered a door's glass on Aug. 19.
