Recipe of the Week: Avocado Salad

Here's a very simple, delicious way to eat this super food!

 

I am a huge fan of avocados! Always have been, always will be.

Here's a very simple recipe for an avocado salad. My family has been preparing avocados this way since I was a little girl. I hope you enjoy!

What you need:

2 Hass avocados, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 a lime, juiced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt to taste

What to do:

1. Combine the avocado and onion slices in a bowl.
2. Pour the lime juice and olive oil on top of the avocado and onions. Mix well.
3. Season with salt.
4. Enjoy!
