State Sen. Jay Costa (D-Forest Hills) will host a town hall meeting from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at the Wilkins Township Volunteer Fire Co. No. 3, 109 Powell St.

Representatives of the state Veterans Administration, PA Department of Public Welfare, Allegheny County Area Agency on Aging and the Allegheny County Department of Human Services will be available to answer questions about human services and veterans programs.

Costa, whose 43rd Senatorial District represents Verona, encourages residents to come and share their thoughts and concerns on the state budget, education funding, transportation, social service issues or other issues regarding state government.
