The Pittsburgh Steelers officially kicked off the 2012 season Wednesday when the team reported to training camp at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA.
This is the 47th year the Steelers are training at Saint Vincent College and the 46th season that the team's entire training camp has taken place in Latrobe.
The first official practice is scheduled for today, July 26. The first practice open to the public is scheduled for Friday, July 27, at 2:55 p.m.
Only afternoon practices are open to the public.
During afternoon practices, fans can enjoy The UPMC Steelers Experience, the team's interactive theme park. Below is the Steelers' schedule for training camp practices and The UPMC Steelers Experience.

Those are good tips for going to training camp, but what would you suggest for those who can’t go? I’m a few time zones away in Denver but still want to stay up-to-date on what’s going on with the Steelers. So far I plan on using the Dish Remote Access app on my iPad to watch ESPN and NFL Network live or catch SportsCenter recordings on my DVR. My coworkers at Dish love talking about football, but it’s mostly Broncos country out here, which will make things tense for the regular season opener!
