Zucco Hears Burglary, DUI Cases

Here are the Sept. 5 district court rulings for Plum-Oakmont.

 

Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard the following cases on Sept. 5:

  • Raymonn Hairston, 21, of Braddock waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of receiving stolen property. Charges of criminal trespass, burglary, conspiracy and criminal mischief were withdrawn. Allegheny County police filed the charges April 18 after a burglary on Fairways Drive in Oakmont.
  • Charges of receiving stolen property, criminal trespass, burglary, conspiracy and criminal mischief were withdrawn against Danielle Guggie, 22, of New Kensington. Guggie was accused of participating in the same burglary as Hairston.
  • Michael J. Stoner, 43, of Oakmont waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, failure to drive on the right side of the road and careless driving. Oakmont police filed the charges after a July 9 traffic stop on Allegheny Avenue.
