Verona Fall Festival - pictorial

Don't miss out on the fun. Verona residents and friends are all down in the Municipal Parklet on East Railroad Avenue. There are games of skill and chance; there's food to nourish, to walk around with, and the funnel cakes are sweetly powdered, and the rides that go around, some that slide, and maybe even scare you a little.

The Festival is only open two more nights, so be sure to see whats happenin' and try your handat some of the games. See the pictures for some ideas of what to do.

Why so expensive for ride tickets? $20 for 10 ride tickets is ridiculous! I know it's to benefit Verona, but I would have spent as much at Kennywood.

The rides are controlled by an outside company. The expense is one reason why I encouraged you to get your tickets earlier. Next year call the number and get your tickets at a much reduced price.

Didn't know there was a number to call for reduced tickets. thanks for the tip. I'll be sure to look for it next year.

I'm glad you and the cousins had fun Heidi. Wish I had seen you there!

Valerie, I guess I can just say, "Read Patch for the latest information." I hope you had a good time too.
