Thursdays, Beginning Rowing Social with Coach Matt Grau at 7:30-8:30PM

This class at Steel City Rowing Club is designed for those who would like to get on the water as a new rower or a recreational water participant. This non-competitive class focuses on the team aspect of rowing as well as introducing technical skills with rowing, kayaking and canoeing. After classes, the coach will accompany the participants to a local eating establishment to enjoy refreshments. Upon completion of this class, participants can then enroll in an Intermediate Rowing class if they feel as though the sport fits them and the coach recommends it.

Walk-in price:

$10 one class for adults and youth

$8 one class for Verona residents and SCRC members
