 will learn the  subtle science behind meditation and in the next half yo
 u will  meditate. Walk ins are welcome and there is no fee to attend the
   sessions. Meditation is used to reduce stress\, create a tranquil mind
  and  relieve medical conditions such as high blood pressure\, coronary 
 artery  disease\, and the  effects of chemotherapy. Classes held every T
