Obituary – Frank Santo Falso

Frank Santo Falso, lifelong resident of Verona, PA, departed this world and went to be with his Lord on Friday, July 26, 2013, at age 79.

Frank was the cherished husband of Judy Falso; dad and “pops” to three sons—Patrick (P.J.) of Chicago, IL; Timothy of Charles Town, WV; and Scott of Culpepper, VA; father-in-law to Donna, Stephanie, and Matt; “Papa Frank” to Nicholas, Grace, and Jason; brother of Rose, Joe, and the late Mary; Uncle Frank to Kathy (Rob), Patti, Gary, Tony, Joanna, Miabella, Michael, Gina, Dana, Carol, Diane, John, Tom, and Paul, and the late Joseph.

Frank was a member of the Verona United Methodist Church serving on many committees and particularly as Sunday school teacher and Bible school recreation director.  He was a Korean War army veteran, construction foreman, golfer, and semi-pro football player for the Verona Macks. Frank loved casinos and always enjoyed life to the fullest. As he often told his wife of 46 years “it’s been a good long run.”
