Obituary - John E. Tumulty, Jr. "Grip,"

John E. Tumulty, Jr. “Grip,” of Verona, passed away suddenly on Saturday, April 14, 2014, at the age of 61. 

John was the son of Geraldine (DeShong) and the late John E. Tumulty, Sr.; beloved husband for 19 years of Jennifer (Panza) Tumulty, loving father of Stacey (Mario) Tumulty Salinas, Jack Tumulty, and Joe Tumulty; grandfather of Divina Salinas; dear brother of Dave (Judith) Tumulty, Cynthia (David) Klein; Brother-in-law of Joann (George) Auge, Jocelyn (Jim) Solomon, Jackie (Cliff) Dubé, John Panza, and Janice (Tim) Clark; son-in-law of Joan D. Panza and the late Joseph R. Panza.  Grip is also survived by his boxer, Jet, and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Friends and relatives will be received on Monday, April 14, 2014 from 6-9 p.m. and Tuesday, April 15, 2014 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. in the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., 421 Allegheny Avenue Oakmont.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be said Wednesday, April 16, 2014, 11:30 a.m. St. Joseph Catholic Church, Verona.
