Marilyn (Rhoads) Drake, of Indiana Township, passed away at the age of 77 on Friday, August 2, 2013 with her loving family by her side.
Marilyn, the daughter of the late John B. and Mildred (Tracy) Rhoads, Jr., was born on June 23, 1936.
Marilyn was the beloved wife of 55 years of the late George B. Drake; loving and devoted mother of George (Catherine) Drake of Houston, TX, Ronna (Joseph) Budz, Sr. of Indiana Twp., and John Rhoads Drake of Indiana Twp.; proud grandmother of Joseph A. (Shelly Tiwary) Budz, Jr. and Danielle Lyn (Michael Pistorius) Budz, both of Indiana Township; cousin of Joan Lonero of Trafford and Ronald (Rosemarie) Ecoff of Morningside.

Marilyn was a graduate of Westinghouse High School where she was a majorette, which she was so proud of. She was a friend to many, loved by all, and will be deeply missed by her caring family.
Friends and relatives will be received on Sunday, August 4, 2013 from 2-8 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, August 5, 2013, 10 am in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Verona.
