Ruth McCurdy Alcorn, of Penn Hills, passed away on Thursday September 26, 2013, at the age of 88.
Ruth was the beloved wife of the late Samuel J. Alcorn. She was preceded in death by her sister Mildred Barsczewski; and survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Sunday 2-4 & 6-8 pm in the English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, INC., 378 Maryland Avenue, Oakmont, PA. 15139. A funeral service will be held 10:30 am on Monday in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
