Celebrate Shrove Tuesday With Jambalaya in Oakmont

St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Oakmont will host the Mardi Gras dinner on Tuesday, Feb. 12.

St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Oakmont is celebrating Mardi Gras with its annual Jambalaya Dinner on Tuesday.

The dinner will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at the church. Dinner includes jambalaya, cornbread, salad and King cake. The meal is made from an authentic New Orleans recipe brought back by the St. Thomas Mission Team—the team has made many mission trips to New Orleans for Hurricane Katrina relief.
