Here are five events to check out this weekend.

Got no idea what you'll do this weekend? Patch is coming to the rescue! We've got the best bets for your done-work-outta-here time. Check out our top picks for this weekend to find something for everyone in the family to enjoy.

It's a good idea to have cash ready for these events.

1.
Where/When: , 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. on Friday.
Why Go?: Playtime at the library! Drop in, play, and meet other families with young children. This playgroup consists of about 45 minutes of unstructured playtime for the kids. For children ages birth to 5 years old, with a parent or caregiver.
Pricing: Free.

Where?/When?:, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday
Why Go?: The Harmarville-Oakmont Chapter of Women’s Business Network meets at the Oakmont Carnegie Library on the first and third Friday of each month. The group provides a venue for meeting and networking with successful women entrepreneurs in the local area. The purpose of the organization is for members to grow their circle of influence, improve their “60-second” commercial and create lasting business and personal relationships to further  business growth within a supportive environment. Meeting agendas include self-marketing, a business presentation by an individual member, a table topic discussion and networking. Each chapter is category exclusive so once a business category is filled by a qualified applicant, that chapter category is closed.

Where?/When?: Downtown Pittsburgh, 10 a.m. on Saturday
Why Go?: The Pittsburgh St. Patrick's Day Parade will take place this weekend in downtown Pittsburgh. Click here for the parade route. This parade is the 2nd largest St. Patrick's Day Parade in the world. Pittsburgh's very large and active Irish community come together each year to produce a family oriented celebration of Ireland's patron Saint. For other events, click here.

Where/When: , 3 p.m. on Saturday
Why Go?: Come have some green beer, ham, cabbage and potatoes with your friends at Mike's Wife's Bar & Grill. Wide variety of music on the jukebox, including some Irish tunes, 4 HDTVs, foosball and darts.

Where?/When?: , 11:30 a.m. to 2 :30 p.m. on Sunday
Why Go?: On Sunday, St. John the Baptist School in Plum is holding an Easter Bunny Brunch in the school cafeteria. The menu includes French toast sticks, sausage, donut holes, fruit cup and a drink. The Easter Bunny will be there, so bring your camera! St. John’s will also be holding a Kindergarten Open House that day from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Visit the Kindergarten classroom, meet the Kindergarten teacher, tour the school and ask current parents any questions you may have.
Pricing: $5 for adults and $4 for children.
