The Plum native needs votes to continue on to next week.

Plum native Miranda Maleski needs votes to continue on in the "So You Think You Can Dance" competition.

Maleski—a contestant in the Top 20 of the FOX show—and her partner, Robert Taylor Jr., performed a hip-hop routine to Busta Rhymes' "Break Ya Neck" on Wednesday night.

Judge Mary Murphy said Maleski had "swagger" and brought it to the next level.

Nigel Lythgoe, judge and executive producer of the show, said Maleski is the best contemporary dancer he's seen do hip-hop.

"I hope you don't find yourselves in the bottom three this week," he said.

Maleski landed in the bottom three couples last week.

However, the judges decided not to let anyone go last week. Two women and two men will go home during tomorrow's results show. The show will air at 8 p.m. on FOX.

To vote for Maleski and Taylor, call 1-888-836-7605 or text 5 to 83676. Votes also are taken at www.fox.com/dance/vote (there is a 50-vote limit). Voting begins at 10 p.m. after the show ends.
