Plum Community Festival to be Held this Weekend

The annual festival will be held at Larry Mills Park on Friday and Saturday.

The Plum Rotary and Plum Borough Community Festival is coming up this weekend!

The festival will be held at Larry Mills Park—off of Oblock Road—on Friday from 5:30 to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 3 p.m. to dusk. The festival ends with a grand fireworks display.

This year, visitors can expect a great lineup of entertainment and an array of games, children's rides, craft vendors, food, drinks and a beer tent. Due to Liquor Control Board regulations, outside beverages are NOT permitted.

Entertainment Schedule:
Friday, June 21

  • 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.—Car Cruise
  • 6 to 9 p.m.—The Buffettman and the Fruitcakes, a Jimmy Buffett tribute band
Saturday, June 22
  • 5 to 6 p.m.—Wild World of Animals, an exotic animal show
  • 7 to 9:30 p.m.—Michael Christopher Band, modern country rock music
  • End of the night—Fireworks by Zambelli International
