Redeemer Lutheran School in Oakmont to Honor Veterans
The school will hold a parade on Veterans Day.
in Oakmont will hold its annual Veterans Day parade on Friday, Nov. 11, at 10 a.m.
The school will be honoring the men and women who have served in the military to defend the country. The parade will begin at 1261 Pennsylvania Ave. and a ceremony will follow at the Oakmont-Verona Cemetery. All veterans and those currently serving in the military will be honored at the ceremony.
The community is invited to attend, and all members of the military can wear their uniforms.

Cookies and hot cocoa will be served at the school after the service, where Christmas stockings will be filled for those on active duty.
