Riverview Community Celebrates New Track
An official ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at Riverside Park on Wednesday.
The Riverview and Oakmont community gathered on Wednesday to celebrate the new track at Riverside Park.
The Riverview High School Sports, Arts and Entertainment Management class hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony before the track team's meet against Avonworth.
Members of the Riverview School Board, Oakmont Recreation Board, Oakmont Council and borough administration attended the celebration, as well as former high school track coaches, administrators and the community.

The new track was a part of a big renovation project at Riverside Park.
