Enjoy 'A Medieval Christmas Carol' This Weekend

Stage & Steel Productions Community Theatrepresents “”—a new take on the classic Dickens tale.

King Ebenezer must confront the ghosts of his past, present and future in order to appreciate the true meaning of the Yuletide.

As in a true , there are sword fights, challenges and a tournament. Watch and become a part of the show as the players perform the classic story. The king is a cold-hearted man, refusing to join in the Yuletide cheer. One night, King Scrooge is paid a visit by his departed father, who foretells the king’s doom if he does not change his selfish ways.

During the night, the king is visited by three ghosts.

The Ghost of Yuletide Past escorts the miser king through his earlier years. The Ghost of Yuletide Present takes Scrooge through a journey of how the Yuletide is being celebrated that year. The Ghost of Yuletide Future shows the king how the Yuletide will be celebrated. Scrooge must face his past, present and future and overcome his demons in order to prove that he truly has the Yuletide in his heart.

“A Medieval Christmas Carol” is written by Ruth Comley and directed by Micheal R. Kiser, and will be presented at St. Peter and St. Paul Hall at 220 Mansfield Blvd., Carnegie, PA 15106. 

Show dates are:

Nov. 25 and 26 at 8 p.m.  and Nov. 27 at 7 p.m.

Dec. 2 and 3 at 8 p.m. & Dec. 4 at 7 p.m. 

Tickets may be purchased at the door for $12 general admission; $10 student/senior, and $5 for children 12 and under.
