Children's Department Artwork Unveiling

The Oakmont Carnegie Library will be unveiling artwork commissioned for the children’s area of the library.  The artwork is a series of literature based paintings and 3D characters created by local Oakmont artist Cy Assad.  The project itself was underwritten by funds from the FOOLs, Oakmont Library’s award winning Friends Group.  Stop by the library and view the artwork, speak with the artist and meet members of the FOOLs.  Everyone is welcome and light refreshments will be served.
