Moscow Mule is playing a rare happy hour show Friday to benefit Braedon Ondos and the PCD Foundation.

On Friday, Pittsburgh band Moscow Mule is playing a rare happy hour show to benefit an 11-year-old boy, who was born with primary ciliary dyskinesia, and the PCD Foundation.

A cause that will tug at your heart strings, the PCD Foundation strives to improve the quality of life of patients with PCD and to develop the means to find a cure.

PCD is a progressive disorder affecting organ systems that rely on ciliary activity for proper function, including the upper and lower respiratory tract, the middle ear and reproductive organs.

is one of a few hundred people who've been diagnosed with PCD.

"There are an estimated 20,000 who haven't been diagnosed because of its misconception—it mimics so many diseases," said Lori, Braedon's mother, in a previous interview.

The band will play at Finnigan's Wake on the North Shore from 5-8 p.m. A $5 donation at the door is requested, with proceeds benefiting the foundation directly.
