Cheryl Harchuck Named Among Top Real Estate Professionals in Pennsylvania by REAL Trends

Cheryl Harchuck, a Washington Township resident and sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services East Regional office, was ranked among the top real estate professionals across Pennsylvania. Harchuck ranked No. 96 by REAL Trends based on transaction sides, closing 52.3 sides in 2012.  In Greater Pittsburgh, she ranked No. 34.

To be considered by REAL Trends, individual agents had to close 50 or more transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume. Sales teams had to close 75 or more transaction sides or $30 million in sales volume.

With more than 30 years of experience, Harchuck has been successfully meeting the needs of homebuyers and sellers in Washington Township, Plum Borough, Penn Hills, Murrysville, Penn Township and Monroeville. She has been trained as a Certified Real Estate Specialist, USAA Relocation Agent, and Certified Negotiation Specialist, among others.
