Allegheny River Boulevard Concrete Repairs Begin Monday in Oakmont

A traffic update.

PennDOT District 11 is announcing work to improve Allegheny River Boulevard in Oakmont Borough will begin on Monday, Aug. 1.

PennDOT maintenance crews will be repairing and replacing concrete on Allegheny River Boulevard between Plum Street and Washington Avenue.

Single lane alternating use traffic and short-term stoppages will occur as needed from 7 a.m. on Monday through Friday evening, Aug. 5. Extended lane closures will be necessary for concrete curing. Delays and stop conditions should be expected. Parking restrictions also will occur.
