The Allegheny County Parks Department has announced that the Boyce Park Wave Pool will close at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The early closure is necessary to replace equipment used in the wave-making process.
Due to the early closure, Allegheny County is offering half-price admission to the wave pool tomorrow. The price of admission will be: $2.50 for ages 18 to 59; $1.50 for ages 60 and older; $2 for ages 13 to 17; $1.50 for ages 6 to 12; and 50-cents for ages 5 and younger.
The wave pool will reopen at 11:30 a.m. on Friday and resume normal admission rates and hours. For information, call the pool at 724-325-4677.
