Closures/Cancellations in Plum, Oakmont & Verona

Several activities have been canceled and businesses are closing early Friday due to the snow.

Here's a look at some of the affected classes and businesses:

• The Oakmont Carnegie Library is closing at 4 p.m.
• The East Suburban Family YMCA is closing at 6 p.m.
• Schultheis Brothers Co. in Plum closed at 2 p.m. The answering service is available for anyone with an emergency.
• This evening's class at Exhale Yoga in Oakmont will be postponed until next week—Feb. 1 at 6:30 p.m.
• The Oaks Theater in Oakmont is closing for the weekend due to heating issues.
• All after school activities in the Plum Borough School District have been cancelled.
