Consumer Alert on Dragon Restaurant Removed

After the county health department cited the restaurant for health violations, an alert was removed on June 17.

The Allegheny County Health Department has removed a consumer alert on the Dragon Restaurant in Verona.

The health department issued the alert on June 10. According to the health department website, the restaurant was cited for:

  • Keeping potentially hazardous foods at unsafe temperatures.
  • Having inadequate facilities to maintain product temperature.
  • Not protecting foods from cross contamination.
  • Having excessive sanitizer in wiping cloth container.

The health department removed the alert because the restaurant corrected the problems.
