Cyril Wecht to Speak at CCAC-Boyce Campus Open House

July 21 event includes workshops, information and campus tours.

Cyril Wecht, national crime scene investigation forensics expert, will be the keynote speaker at the Community College of Allegheny County-Boyce Campus Community Expo and Open House from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 21. The event at Boyce Campus, 595 Beatty Road, Monroeville, is free and open to the public.

 The open house will provide members of the community with information about CCAC career programs, financial aid options and available job opportunities. Tours of the campus will be conducted from 4 to 7 p.m.

Participants may choose among four workshops from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.:

A pizza buffet and prizes will be presented from 6:30 to 7 p.m. At 7 p.m., Wecht will provide an insider’s look into the world of forensic science with his presentation, “CSI Conspiracies and Forensic Cases.”
