The cost for each five-week series is $25. Preregistration with payment is necessary, and class size is limited.

The program is sponsored by Pittsburgh OASIS with financial support from the Fine Foundation.

Each week in this brain fitness exercise program explores one of the areas vital to maintaining brain health as suggested in "Save Your Brain" by Dr. Paul Nussbaum: physical activity, nutrition, social interaction, mental stimulation and spirituality. Included in this exercise program is brain health education, low-impact aerobic exercises, cognitive processing games and stress management techniques.

Can you keep a ball in the air while naming your favorite TV show? This type of exercise uses both sides of your brain, encouraging growth of those all-important brain reserves.
