In Monroeville, Traffic Restrictions on I-376 Start Wednesday
Drivers can expect single-lane traffic through June 8.
PennDOT District 11 will to reduce traffic to a single lane on the outbound Parkway East (I-376) in Monroeville starting Wednesday May 30 through June 8, weather permitting.
Lane closures will occur from 4 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays. Motorists are advised to use caution, expect delays and be prepared for changing traffic patterns.
Crews will be applying protective deck sealant on the new bridge that carries the outbound Parkway East over Business Route 22 between the Monroeville off-ramp and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The work is part of a $19 million improvement project that began in 2010.
