Outbound Parkway East Bridge Painting Begins Thursday in Monroeville

Here's a traffic update.

Work to paint/stain the bridge that carries the outbound (eastbound) Parkway East over Business Route 22 in Monroeville, will begin weather permitting on Thursday, March 22.

To allow the work, short-term restrictions will occur from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays through late May in the bridge area. Single lane closures will occur on westbound Business Route 22 and brief, intermittent traffic stoppages of five minutes or less will occur on eastbound Business Route 22. Traffic on the Parkway East will not be affected by this work.

Please use caution and be prepared for changing traffic patterns.
