The Port Authority will detour buses and change stops along about 40 Pittsburgh routes between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday during the annual African-American Heritage Day Parade Downtown.
The parade begins on Centre Avenue in the Hill District and follows Sixth Avenue before ending on Liberty Avenue, Downtown. Affected bus routes pass through Downtown and the Hill District and over Bigelow Boulevard.
