Intermittent, short-term single lane closures will occur in several locations on Route 28 on Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 15 and 16, weather permitting.
Work and restrictions will occur between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days. Contractor crews will conduct guide rail repairs in both directions between the Millvale (Exit 3) and Millerstown (Exit 16) interchange.
The prime contractor for the repairs is Penn Line Services, Inc. PennDOT advises motorists to use caution and slow down when traveling through the area.
