Traffic on southbound (inbound) Route 28 in Millvale will be reduced to a single lane on Wednesday and Thursday nights, Jan. 4 and 5, weather permitting.

Crews will be installing lights on a sign structure near the Shaler water treatment facility. Single lane restrictions will occur as needed from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night.
