Several residents along the 500-block of Oblock Avenue in Plum were dealing with flooded basements and yards Monday morning.
According to , they received a call of a water main break on the road—located just near Center and Saltsburg roads—at about 1:30 a.m.
According to KDKA, crews were on scene Monday morning trying to fix the problem. Many neighbors have said their basements and yards have flooded due to the break.
