Free Demo - Hula Hoop Class at Steel City Rowing Club

Working out with a hula hoop burns about as many calories per minute as step aerobics, boot camp, or very brisk walking.

Join us the week of April 14th to check out our new hula-hoop fitness class and to meet our newest fitness instructor Wendy Casperson. Wendy will be teaching two free demo classes on April 14th, 6pm and 6:30pm. You can also sample by one of our other fitness classes. Class sizes are limited so please RSVP your spot today!
