Meditation Class at Oakmont Library

Have you ever wondered what benefits the practice of meditation might bring to your life? On Tuesday, April 3 at 7 p.m., the will be holding the class "Meditation: An Introduction," with instructor Anjana Vijayvargiya. This one night only class will introduce you to a simple technique to help you maintain mental and emotional balance in your life. The instructor will teach a meditation strategy that can be used anywhere. Bring nothing but yourself!
