Drinking Water Before Meals

A tip for helping your weight loss goals.

by Joline Atkins of Slimsavers.com

Today is my last day of the Ultimate Reset.

I am down 10 lbs, and I don't know how many inches. My skin looks great. My body feels like it has broken out of a cocoon, and I am reticent to return to meat as I once knew it. While I will not give up my buffalo wings, I do not see the need for meat to be a staple in my home. On my body. I just feel THAT good.

I am also completely off of caffeinated coffee. Just yesterday I treated myself to a delicious herbal coffee with steamed almond milk and local honey at my favorite shop. I'm fearful of what the jolt of caffeine will do to my body if I reintroduce it. I don't even think I need it. So, on to decaf and this herbal coffee it is.

One of the tips I picked up over these 21 days was to drink water, a full bottle (8-12 oz) BEFORE eating a meal. No beverages at dinner.

Why? It simply makes you feel more full at eat less calories.

Try it? What can you lose? (Maybe 10 lbs?)
